Blue skirt with a print of all our favorite Beatrix Potter characters!  The fabric is laid out like a puzzle with white outlines of puzzle pieces. There is an elastic waist in the back with a side zip closure.  This skirt is fully lined and has hidden side pockets.  Hits just below or at the knee.
